Le Vietnam continue de mettre en œuvre l'anti-dumping sur l'acier inoxydable laminé à froid- importé de Chine.

On April 8, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Commerce announced that it will continue to implement anti-dumping measures against cold-rolled stainless steel imported from China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries and regions.

Regarding the anti-dumping case of cold-rolled stainless steel, because there is no relevant party requesting a period-end review, the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued decision No. 625/QD-BCT on April 5, 2022 to continue the anti-dumping measures against cold-rolled stainless steel imported from mainland China, Taiwan Region of China, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries and regions.

Dans les 60 jours avant l'expiration d'un an à compter de la date de délivrance de la décision ci-dessus, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 59 de l'accord du gouvernement du Vietnam n° 10/2018/ND-CP, toutes les parties concernées peut demander une inspection finale.
